Like all administrators, I have always worn several hats and it is challenging to find the time to be an effective instructional leader. I always look to leverage technology to become more efficient and productive. In this presentation, I will present some fast and furious solutions for several problems I have encountered as a principal such as providing quick and targeted feedback on walk-throughs, telling my school's story through data, making individualized educational plans for everyone and more.
